The legal basis for this data processing is your consent or, insofar as not provided, our legitimate interest in processing your email inquiry and providing services or information requested by you (art. 6 par. 1 sub a and f GDPR). Please note that you may always withdraw your consent;

Automated decision making

Your personal data will always be processed by a human being. COFRA will not take any decisions that may affect you personally based on automated processing.

How long do we keep your information?

Your personal data will only be kept for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with legal obligations that require us to keep it for a specific legal retention period. The retention periods are determined by considering the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and, if existing, the applicable legal requirements. To whom do we disclose your information collected through the COFRA website?

How do we protect your data?
