What we can achieve together

For the team in Amsterdam, we are looking for a colleague who can provide high-quality notarial services to Anthos' international clients. The primary focus will be on the owners of the family business, who live in more than 10 jurisdictions and span several generations. Our services have a very international character, based on Dutch law. The notarial team in the Netherlands currently consists of six notarial lawyers, a paralegal and a legal assistant. There is also close cooperation with colleagues from the tax team, the lawyers/tax specialists of the foreign Anthos offices and the investment specialists.

In this role, you will:

  • Craft legal foundations: You will meticulously draft a variety of notarial deeds, including wills, prenuptial agreements, and cohabitation agreements.
  • Provide expert advisory: Your knowledge will guide clients through the intricate landscapes of (International) Estate Planning, Family Law, and Private International Law.
  • Engage in strategic coordination: You will coordinate international advice and policy implementation, ensuring a seamless legal experience that transcends borders.

What we are seeking:

  • A seasoned professional with 8+ years of notarial law experience and a Professional Notarial Training completion.
  • An analytical thinker with a knack for independent and collaborative work, bringing forth practical solutions that resonate with our clients' needs.
  • A creative problem-solver who can transform challenges into opportunities, expressing ideas with clarity and innovation.
  • A relationship builder who excels in establishing enduring connections with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Project management capabilities to orchestrate legal projects with precision and agility.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English, with a talent for articulating complex legal concepts with ease.
