Zug, Switzerland, 4 February 2025 – COFRA Holding AG (“COFRA”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sven Dumoulin as Chief Legal Officer (CLO) from 1 June 2025. He succeeds Bernard Roelvink, who is retiring.
Sven brings more than 25 years of senior legal experience in Europe, the Americas and Asia, including as Unilever’s Group Secretary and Akzo Nobel’s General Counsel. He joins COFRA from law firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, where he has been a partner in the corporate practice since 2019.
Bernard retires as COFRA’s Chief Legal Officer on 1 June after five years in the role and a legal career spanning more than three decades, including senior advisory on corporate law, international M&A, corporate governance, capital markets and corporate litigation.

As Chief Legal Officer, Sven will join COFRA Holding’s management team and report to CEO Boudewijn Beerkens.
